Hiring DIW was the best, most impactful decision we made during the entire planning process - we would highly recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding in Italy, and even doubly so if it's an Indian/Hindu wedding. Of all the vendor options we looked at, DIW by far had the most experience and therefore worth every penny!

The actual day-to-day planning was done by Simona and Stefania - they were an absolute dream team. First, they were incredibly organized, helped in part by their centralized planning website. Having this tool was actually a very unique offering and while we underestimated the value in the beginning, it was so impactful as we got closer to the wedding. Second, there was also great communication throughout the process (while less frequent during their busy season, they still provided regular updates!)

Not only was DIW fantastic to work with, their vendor partners were also amazing! They have a short list of trusted vendors and generally provide a select number of options to choose from, which also makes the selection process so much easier.

During the wedding itself, Simona and Stefania were rock stars. Everything ran very smoothly behind the scenes, to the point that many of our friends and family noticed and were complimenting DIW's work. During the wedding weekend, unexpected weather came through and we had to make some last-minute adjustments to move some events indoors. All it took was a quick text or a little side conversation with Simona/Stefania, and then all of their magic -- coordinating with all the vendors, deciding how best to lay out the Plan B, etc. -- would "just happen." In the midst of all the wedding day stress/chaos, then this experienced day-of coordination was absolutely priceless.
